RECOV project presented to the local event “Grosuplje in Autumn”
The Municipality of Grosuplje, in Slovenia, implemented the first local activity within the project RECOV during their traditional event “Grosuplje in Autumn” on the 5th of September 2018.
The project RECOV, REthinking COllaborative Values for public services, is developed by 10 partners across Europe and it aims at creating a network of towns eager to work together on exchanging common problems, joint brainstorming and introducing concrete measures in regard to project specific objectives.
The event gathered representatives from local organizations and local entrepreneurs in order to present their work and activities to the citizens of the region. This annual event was an excellent opportunity the meet up with citizens and to present the RECOV project, its activities and the first topic of work “Open government and use of ICT tools in daily life”.
Members of Local Participation Group create within the project shared their experience and lessons learn during the International Conference organized in Skopje in June 2018. The Municipality of Grosuplje provides access to open data and communication also through digital communication networks such as local website and twitter.
