SUMMARY:HATEDEMICS Final Conference – Strengthening Europe’s Response to Online Hate Speech and Disinformation
DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\n\nOn 26 March 2026, the HATEDEMICS Final Conference will take place at the University of Granada, Spain, bringing together NGOs, civil society organisations, fact-checkers, public authorities, researchers and young activists from across Europe.\nAfter two years of collaboration across six EU Member States, the HATEDEMICS project will present the results of its work in addressing online hate speech and disinformation, two of the most pressing challenges facing democratic societies today.\nThe conference will showcase the methodologies, digital tools and strategies developed throughout the project to detect, monitor and counter harmful online content.
