DESCRIPTION:\n\nFrom 28 to 30 May 2026, the CiD ( https://www.alda-europe.eu/cid-circular-design-for-bio-based-innovation-towards-climate-neutral-cities/ ) Final Conference – Circular Design for Urban Transformation will take place in Hannover, Germany, bringing together researchers, architects, urban planners and practitioners to explore how circular approaches can contribute to the transformation of cities and urban spaces.\nOrganised within the framework of the CiD – Circular Design Innovation Alliance project, the conference will focus on how cities can evolve through regeneration, adaptation and sustainable urban transformation, rather than continuous expansion.\nThe programme is structured around three thematic tracks:\n\nCircular Regeneration – architectural assets and urban spaces;\nCircular Constellations – actors, entrepreneurship and urban networks;\nCircular Processes – participation, governance and urban strategies.\n\nParticipants will engage in roundtables, keynote lectures, fishbowl discussions, site visits and interactive sessions, including the CiD Lab, creating opportunities for exchange and collaboration among professionals and stakeholders working on sustainable urban futures.\nThe event offers a valuable opportunity to discuss innovative approaches to circular design and to reflect on the future of more resilient, inclusive and sustainable cities.\n👉 Register here ( https://www.cid-innovationalliance.eu/cid-han_registration ) (until 18 May 2026)\n📍 Hannover, Germany\n📅 28–30 May 2026\n\n\n
