SUMMARY:ALDA at the European Training Course “Let’s Become European Citizens” 2026
DESCRIPTION:\n\nALDA will take part in the 2026 European Training Course “Let’s Become European Citizens”, organised by the Movimento Federalista Europeo ( https://www.mfe.it/port/ ) (MFE) and dedicated to the winners of the national competition ( https://www.comune.venezia.it/en/content/concorso-diventiamo-cittadini-europei-20252026 ) promoting European citizenship and democratic values among young people.\nThe training course will bring together young participants for a week of lectures, debates and workshops on European integration, federalism and the future of the European Union. Throughout the programme, participants will engage with experts and practitioners to deepen their understanding of European affairs and democratic governance.\nOn 23 July, Linda Rombolà, representing ALDA, will deliver a seminar on international relations and EU enlargement, highlighting the role of local democracy, decentralised cooperation and territorial partnerships in supporting European integration and strengthening relations with neighbouring countries.\nThrough its contribution, ALDA will share its experience in fostering democratic participation and cooperation across Europe, with particular attention to the Western Balkans, the Eastern Partnership region and Ukraine.\n\nAgenda here.\n\n📅 23 July 2026\n📍 Hotel Fonte Angelica, Nocera Umbra, Italy.\n\n\n
