المظاهر العامة في أرمينيا: دعوة للديمقراطية ومستقبل أفضل للبلاد كلها. أبريل 2018.

The project "Digital Community" kicks off in Dnipro

On April 4 at the Dnipro City Council the project “Digital Community” was presented. His goal is to strengthen the interaction of state authorities and local government with representatives of associations of co-owners of multi-apartment buildings and housing construction cooperatives (condominiums) and bodies of self-organization of the population (BSP). Within the framework of the project for heads and accountants of condominiums and bodies of self-organizing of the population will teach e-government and work with various digital services.

The project will be implemented by the public association “Local Democracy Agency of Dnipropetrovsk Region” in cooperation with the relevant department of the Department of Local Self-Government, Internal and Information Policy of the Dnipro City Council.

According to Artem Niedelka, Director of the Department of Local Self-Government, Internal and Information Policy, this union became one of the 10 winners of the competition within the framework of the municipal program of development of local self-government and coverage of the activities of the Dnipro City Council, its executive bodies and utilities for 2017-2020.

“The Digital Community project is really interesting. We hope that the activities implemented within it will be useful for representatives of condominiums and bodies of self-organization of the population. Such a joint work with public organizations proves that the city in practice supports the activities of these associations that work for the development of the city”, said the representative of the city hall.

For his part, the specialist of the department for work with the bodies of self-organization of the population and citizens’ associations of the Department of Internal Policy of the Department of Local Self-Government, Internal and Information Policy of the City Council, Vladislav Makaretz, said: “Within the framework of the project, training sessions will take place, during which the heads, accountants of condominiums, will be taught to work with computers and various electronic services. In particular, they will learn how to use electronic signature, submit electronic reporting, and more”.

Some of the leaders are elderly people, and not everyone knows about the various electronic processes. Therefore, such training measures will definitely be useful for such people”, said the specialist.

Anzhelika Pylypenko, director of the Local Democracy Agency of Dnipropetrovsk Region, said that the training will begin immediately after the formation of the groups. You can apply to the organization at: prosp. O. Polya, 2, office number 132.

“We began to announce this project among the heads of condominiums. People are interested. In general, we plan to attract about 100 people”, said the director of the Local Democracy Agency of Dnipropetrovsk Region.

ALDA and MEF - The axis for citizen consultations in Europe has taken shape

After its recent participation in the General Assembly of the European Movement France, ALDA wishes to declare its commitment to the process of citizens’ consultations in France and elsewhere in Europe, which will begin on April 17 with President Emmanuel Macron’s speech before the European Parliament in Strasbourg, and will end at the end of 2018. The European Movement France will be the bearer of the citizens’ consultations in France. ALDA, as a member of the MEF, supports this initiative and wishes to affirm its full commitment to this process in France and in Europe.

From April to October 2018, twenty-six European countries will organize these citizen consultations. At the end of the consultations, at the end of October 2018, the results of participation will be presented in December to the European Council, bringing together the EU Member States. This presentation will provide a picture of the perception of European citizens of the EU and their expectations of the EU. This will enable them to be taken into account in a concrete way at the highest decision-making level of the EU.

ALDA supports citizens’ consultations insofar as they represent an opportunity to reshape the future of the European Union. These consultations, which will make it possible to establish, or even re-establish, dialogue with European citizens, can only strengthen the European project.

For more information on the citizens’ consultations, please visit the website of the European Movement France

Course on financial management and audit for projects funded by the European Commission: 14 and 15 May in Vicenza

Presentation

More and more associations, local authorities and stakeholders have access to European funds. Any project and idea needs to be supported by adequate financial preparation, implementation and monitoring.
