ALDA Skopje is one of 10 grantees of the program “Sustainable Civil Society: State Financing for Civic Organizations” implemented by the Macedonian Center for International Cooperation – MCIC, and financially supported by the European Union.
In the framework of the project, ALDA Skopje will work on different segments of good governance, such as the establishment of a system for assessment of employees, establishment of rulebooks on financial operations, procurement, rules for allocation of funds from donations and economic activities, improvement of human resources management, systematization of jobs, and so on.Good governance, accountability and transparency require particular commitment, planning and investment of specific resources. In turn, such civil society organizations would be recognizable, influential and successfully accomplishing their mission.
The project “Perfecting the structure for good internal management in ALDA Skopje” will be implemented in the period from 1 July 2018 to 30 June 2019. During this period, ALDA Skopje will be included in other activities within the program, like trainings on good governance tailored to the needs of organizations, national conferences and local events.
