Through effective cooperation, the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development, local governments, the civil society and the private sector are working together to build the capacity of international players within the framework of the Paris Agreement.
The Agreement’s success requires the involvement, alongside the State, of the civil society and private sector, sources of expertise and innovation. To successfully establish such alliances, strategic dialogue is at the core of action and will constitute the first portion of the event. Then, to illustrate and give concrete form to this dialogue, the second portion will be devoted to its operational implementation.

-Sharing of experiences,
-Discussion,
-Testimonials from elected officials from France and Morocco, members of the private sector who are engaged in decentralized cooperation for the climate.
