Location: EU members states, Iceland, Norway, Kosovo, Serbia and Montenegro.
Objective: This call aims to address homelessness and housing exclusion by creating innovative service delivery methods, enhancing capacity and knowledge for prevention, supporting full implementation of relevant principles, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders. It focuses on piloting projects covering prevention, housing access, and enabling services. The goal is to support multi-stakeholder governance structures and promote social experimentation at various levels, while complementing existing efforts within the European Platform on Combating Homelessness.
