HR Assistant

ALDA, following the growth of the organisation, is searching for an HR Assistant for its HR Department.
He/she will work in Vicenza, Italy, under the supervision of the HR Manager, by undertaking the main following duties and responsibilities:

  • Support the HR Manager on the administrative management of staff (employment contract, contract extension, contract termination, illness etc);
  • Support the HR Manager on the recruiting process (drafting job vacancies, screening applications, interviews etc);
  • Support the recruiting of interns and all the administrative procedure;
  • Support the review of internal policies;
  • Support the salary services for the correct calculation of payslips;

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor degree;
  • Languages: excellent verbal and written skills in Italian and English (C1); knowledge of any other language (especially French) is welcome;
  • Previous professional experience in payroll service or temporary agency or Human Resources office (at least 1 year);
  • Soft skills, relevant for the position, will also be assessed;
  • High motivation and strong interest for ALDA activities;

Terms of contract
The contract will be issued for a period of 12 months and can be renewed subject to availability of resources and satisfactory performance evaluation at the completion of the first contracted period. The contract will preferably start mid April/early May 2024.
