ECoD Barcelona 2023/24: The Programme Year

On September 14, one day prior to the International Day of Democracy, the programme of the first-ever European Capital of Democracy will be presented. From October 23 until October 24, Barcelona will serve as the European stage for strengthening and innovating democracy.

ALDA Secretary General, Antonella Valmorbida, is part of the  ECoD Experts’ Jury.
