Two French volunteers integrate ALDA Skopje office

Two French volunteers were welcomed in Macedonia by ALDA Skopje within the framework of the European programme ‘’Erasmus +’’. The volunteers will be a part of ALDA Skopje team for the next 12 months and will work in the framework of the project ‘’Volunteers for European Remembrance’’.

The two volunteers Nathalie Bargues and Raphaël Galvez will work on several subjects such as: Intercultural understanding and European Citizenship; Youth and Francophonie; European Remembrance and peace and reconciliation. Moreover, thanks to exchanges with ALDA partners, they will raise awareness of other young people to the benefits of volunteering and intercultural exchanges issues.

The support and promotion of volunteering among young people is one of ALDA Skopje’s main objectives. Volunteering is an effectual way for young people to integrate easier into a professional life, it is also a very good approach towards promotion of active citizenship among youngsters.

The project ‘’Volunteers for European Remembrance’’ is funded by the Macedonian National Agency for mobility and European programmes in the framework of the European programme Erasmus Plus.
