Good vibes continue to spread within the IMPACT project activities as the second local workshop in Montenegro brought together refugees from Syria, Iraq, Iran and Turkey in the kitchen of the Centre for Asylum Seekers in Spuž on October 16th, 2019.

The refugees gathered to paint and express what they felt they wanted to leave on the blank papers in front of them. All participants were very eager to feel the brushes slide on canvas, play with colours, and meet the members of the LDA team and the artists involved.
Language was not an obstacle to communicate and share: the atmosphere was chatty and the room was filled with a variety of languages.

The workshop left all participants and organizers in a pleasant mood, with the hope to have touched one another’s lives in a special way.
This activity could not have become a reality without the precious help of the Centre for Asylum Seekers in Spuž as their cooperation with LDA MNE and their open-door policy continues.

Les IMPACT project is implemented by VIFIN – Videnscenter for Integration in cooperation with ALDA, La Piccionaia - Centre de production théâtrale, LDA Monténégro, LDA Mostar, Coalition of youth organisations SEGA, Association for Developing Voluntary Work Novo Mesto (DRPDNM) and Urban Development Center, supported by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union.

An intensive 2-day training course is now available on European funding programmes for 2020 and beyond!
Within an effort to be as inclusive as we can, the same training will be delivered twice, in two different occasions and locations:

1. On Tuesday December 10th and Wednesday December 11th, 2019 it will take place in Vicenza, Italy, at the new ALDA office spaces located in Viale Milano 36;
2. On Tuesday March 17th and Wednesday March 18th, 2020 it will be hosted in Brussels, Belgium, at the new ALDA office spaces located in rue Belliard 20, 5th floor, 1040.

In light of ALDA’s strategic partnership with the European Commission, the course will give participants the possibility to get acquainted with the last opportunities for 2020 and get a preview of the EU funding programmes that have been approved for the new programming period 2021-2027. More than just a training to get strategic insights, it will also crucially provide participants with a networking opportunity with a number of ALDA members working in local and international municipalities and associations!

During the two days, sessions will be delivered for a total of 16 hours, at a fee of €240 VAT included. Register through THIS FORM and send your down payment of €50 at least seven days before your chosen training to save your spot!

Un cours de formation intensif de deux jours est maintenant disponible sur les programmes de financement européens pour 2020 et au-delà !

Novi kurs za EU programe finansiranja u Vićenci i Briselu

Intenzivna dvodnevna obuka sada je dostupna na temu evropskih programa finansiranja za 2020. godinu!
U nastojanju da budemo što inkluzivniji, ista obuka će se održati dva puta, u dve različite prilike i lokacije:

1. U utorak, 10. decembra i sredu, 11. decembra 2019. godine, održaće se u novoj kancelariji ALDA koja se nalazi u Viale Milano 36 u Vicenzi
2. U utorak 17. marta i srijede 18. marta 2020. godine, bit će domaćin u Briselu, Belgija (tačna lokacija uskoro će biti otkrivena).

U svetlu strateškog partnerstva ALDA-e sa Evropskom komisijom , koje omogućava konkurentno informisanje unapred, kurs će učesnicima pružiti mogućnost da se upoznaju sa poslednjim mogućnostima za 2020. godinu i dobiju pregled programa finansiranja iz EU koji su odobreni za novo programsko razdoblјe 2021-2027. Više od obuke za sticanje strateškog uvida, obuka će takođe pružiti priliku za mrežno povezivanje sa brojnim članovima ALDA-e koji rade u lokalnim i međunarodnim opštinama i udruženjima!

دورة تدريبية جديدة حول برامج التمويل للاتحاد الأوروبي في مدينتي فيتشانزا وبروكسل

تتوفر الفرصة الآن للمشاركة في دورة تدريبية مكثفة, تتواصل على مدى يومين, حول برامج التمويل للاتحاد الأوروبي خلال سنة 2020 وما بعدها.

في محاولة منا لإضفء أكبر شمولية ممكنة على هذه التظاهرة, سيتم تقديم هذه الدورة التدريبية في مناسبتين وفي مكانين مختلفين:

1. يومي الثلاثاء 10 ديسمبر (تشرين الثاني) والإربعاء 11 ديسمبر (جمادى الأول) 2019, يستم تنظيم الدورة التدريبية الأولى في مدينة فيتشانزا الجديدة, إيطاليا, وتحديدا بمقر ألدا, الكائن بفيالي ميلانو, 36.
2. يومي الثلاثاء 17 مارس (آذار) والإربعاء 18 مارس (آذار), سيتم تنظيم هذه الدورة التدريبية في العاصمة البلجيكية بروكسل (سيتم الاعلان عن العنوان بأكثر دقة لاحقا).

على ضوء برنامج الشراكة الاستراتيجية الذي أبرمته ألدا مع المفوضية الأوروبية, والذي يضمن التنافس على النفاذ إلى المعلومة بشكل استباقي, سيمنح محتوى هذه الدورة المشاركين امكانية الاطلاع على آخر الفرص المتاحة خلال سنة 2020 والحصول على فكرة مسبقة حول برنامج التمويل المقترح من الاتحاد الأوروبي الذي تمت المصادقة عليه في إطار البرمجة الجديدة للفترة 2021-2027. إضافة إلى كونها فرصة سانحة للحصول على فكرة مسبقة حول برامج التمويل, تمثل الدورة التدريبية كذلك فرصة فريدة لتمتيع المشاركين بفرصة التشبيك مع عدد كبير من أعضاء ألدا العاملين في المجالات المحلية والدولية للباديات والمنظمات.

On November 7th, 2019, in the Europe House in Pristina (Kosovo), the le Réseau balkanique pour la démocratie locale (BNLD) was officially launched! The event opened with a warm welcome and introductive speeches by Elbert Krasniqi, President of BNLD; Mr. Maurizio Camin, Executive director of “Associazione Trentino con i Balcani”; Mr. Oriano Otocan, President of ALDA; as well as Ms. Stanka Parac Damjanovic, SEE Regional Program Manager of ALDA.

More than 70 representatives of the civil sector, local authorities and media also gathered to take part in this crucial moment for the history of BNLD, learning about the vision and mission of the Network, its origins and founders.
The Local Democracy Agencies involved in the Network shared experiences and success-stories from joint projects, and displayed videos showcasing testimonies from different stakeholders. After the presentations, the participants took advantage of a networking session, discussing potential future activities to be implemented within the Network and understanding how to best benefit from them.

The Balkan Network for Local Democracy is a regional network, founded by ALDA – European Association for Local Democracy together with seven Local Democracy Agencies from the Western Balkans, which focuses on the promotion of active citizen participation, democratic governance principles, local development and co-operation between civil society organizations and local public authorities in the Western Balkan Region. The BNLD launching event was organized in the framework of the project “Regional Youth Compact for Europe”, a cooperation initiative launched by 14 Civil Society Organisations from the European Union, Western Balkans and Turkey, and funded by the European Union.

The Balkan Network for Local Democracy (BNLD) launching event will be held on the 7th of November between 10:30 and 12:30 at the “EU Information and Cultural Centre” in Prishtina. This event is organized by the Local Democracy Agency in Kosovo in cooperation with the European Association for Local Democracy (ALDA).

Guest speakers of the launching event will be: Mr. Luigi Brusa, Head of Cooperation in the European Union Office in Kosovo, Mr. Sazan Ibraimi, Director of the Association of Kosovo Municipalities, Mr. Maurizio Camin, Executive director of Associazione Trentino con i Balcani, Mr. Oriano Otocan, President of ALDA, as well as Ms. Stanka Parac Damjanovic, SEE Regional Program Manager. Among the attendees, the event will see the participation of representatives of the international donor community in Kosovo and regional CSO’s, as well as representatives of local and international media.

The Balkan Network for Local Democracy is a regional network founded by the European Association for Local Democracy (ALDA) and the seven Local Democracy Agencies (LDAs) from Western Balkans, working for the promotion of active citizen participation, democratic governance principles, local development and co-operation between civil society organizations and local public authorities in the Western Balkan Region. The actions of the BNLD are based on the principle of partnership and multilateral decentralized cooperation.

This event is organized in the framework of the project Regional Youth Compact for Europe, a cooperation initiative launched by 14 CSOs from the EU, Western Balkans and Turkey with the aim to enhance the effective participation of civil society and youth organisations in the EU integration and accession negotiation process through capacity building, awareness raising and advocacy actions organised at local, national and regional level. The project is funded by the European Union.
