EMESSE – Moroccan Space of Social, Solidarity and Environmental Economy (Espace Marocain de l’Economie Sociale, Solidaire et Environmentale) is an association that was created on 28 December 2016 in Errachidia. The purpose of the EMESSE is to bring together the actors of the social, solidarity and the environmental economy at the national level: associations, cooperatives, local authorities, universities and universities, ESS business foundations, mutuals, social economy employers’ unions and local development and ESS networks.
