From 21st to 23rd of October 2019, Lisbon will be the host-city of the 3rd International event of the project “RECOV – REthinking Collaborative Values for public services».

The main topic of the conference is “Innovative and sustainable financial instruments for local governments”, focusing on European rules and mechanisms and on new sustainable financial instruments for public authorities in response to the economic crisis. For all participants, it will be a possibility to acquire knowledge and information about sustainable financial instruments and to actively participate in the exchange of practices.

Different working sessions are proposed in the agenda such as Public presentation, Open space methodology, study visits and debates.

The 2-day event will gather the project partners coming from 9 countries and local participants. It is expected to reach around 100 participants.

The Conference is organized by the Clube Intercultural Europeu, Amadora – Portugal. RECOV: Rethinking collaborative values for public services is a 2-year-long project coordinated by European Association for Local Democracy – ALDA. The lead partner of the project is Municipality of Centar. The project is supported by Europe for Citizens programme.
