The training aims to enhance the participants’ skills and knowledge required when dealing with the different phases of project cycle management. The approach is based on using non-formal and practical methodologies, which ALDA´s experts have learnt and practiced in their +15-years’ experience in the field. In addition, the training will take place in the beautiful sea-side city of Pula, Croatia, from 6 to 8 July 2016.
Throughout the three intensive days, the participants will learn how to build a working team, how to create a projects, how to optimize time, how to organize the team-work efficiently, how to drive a project and engage people, how to reach the target audiences, and tools to make the project sustainable. It will include recommendations on how to solve the typical and not-that-typical emergences that may arise, based on the life experiences of the trainers, who will be sharing ideas and topics that cannot be learnt in a classic project management course.
