Become a member
Being a member of ALDA means first of all sharing a mission: the promotion of good governance and citizens’ participation at the local level.
Not only dedicated services, become a #ALDAmember and get connected with an international network of local stakeholders, supporting each other as a one big community.
To become a member, fill-in the Membership Application Form and send it, together with a brief motivation letter, to membership@aldaintranet.org.
The membership application will be forwarded to ALDA Governing Board. and once the request will be approved, generally within 15 days, the applicant will receive instructions to proceed with the payment of the membership fee. Only then, the applicant will be considered a full member of ALDA.

In view of the European Parliament elections held on May 2019, ALDA, with the support of the Europe for Citizens Programme, initiated a campaign aimed at engaging citizens, raising awareness of the importance of every vote, reporting the prominence of the elections, to ultimately lead Europeans to the polls.
Even though the elections took place, it is always a good moment to fight against stereotypes and contribute to the circulation of fair information about the European Union, its functioning, structure and the impact which it has on everyone’s life.
