Constantine, Algeria: within the effort and commitment  of ALDA in supporting and enabling Local Authorities and civil society in actively be change maker, ALDA Secretary General – Antonelle Valmorbida, – will deliver a series of training for Daïra Chiefs (Administrative Units ) on “Participatory Democracy”, focusing especially on social accountability.

Trainings will take place from Sunday 15 May to Thursday 19 May.
