The challenges faced by the world and the European Union in the past years have put the spotlight on the weaknesses and social assets to be improved in our society. We need to take into considerations the needs and expectations of all the variety of citizens impacted by EU policies, and the EU response to crisis and development towards our future should do the same.

All ALDA’s efforts and actions aim at the construction of an inclusive and fair society providing equal opportunities for all its citizens regardless of their gender, social status, nationality or any other discriminant aspect. Additionally, our society should be able to adapt itself to the challenges of the new means of participation related to the development of digital tools.
