Training of Trainers: “Promoting Democracy through Local Authorities [DAY7]
From September 5th to 11th, ALDA’s experienced staff will deliver a high-profile training in Kairouan, Tunisia. This Training of Trainers will be titled “Promoting Democracy through Local Authorities” and it will aim to strengthen the skills of Libyan Municipalities on inclusive participation, accountability and crisis management, starting from the experiences of University trainers and Municipality staff.
This Training of Trainers is organised within the project REBUILD – Research and Education Building Urban Institutions for Local Development and it includes 3 Thematic Modules:
- Transparency, accountability, ethics and good governance
- Crisis management
- Strategies and tools for inclusive participation
