In the framework of Agricultural development, in the Decentralized cooperation between the Region Lower Normandy and Republic of Macedonia, the two agricultural teams AFDI (F) and FFRM (MK) are meeting in Macedonia. The study visit started this Friday in Gostivar and Tetovo in the local farms and dairies.

The French team from AFDI (French farmers and international development) accompanied by their Macedonian partners FFRM (Federation of Farmers from Republic of Macedonia) will visit several Macedonian municipalities and agriculture associations in different locations: Gostivar, Tetovo, Skopje, Prilep, Bitola and Kumanovo. Their objective is to review the production capacity of dairy products, as well as the quality of produced milk in Macedonian laboratories.
Regarding previous activities in the joined farmers’ cooperatives, the two delegations will visit several farms and discuss the development in cooperatives sector. This October, the cooperation between AFDI and FFRM enters new working year and during their meeting they will review the past year and discuss the activities and action plan for the year 2012.
