A representative from ALDA Skopje was part of the training “Organizational development and quality assurance systems” organized by the Macedonian Center for International Cooperation – MCIC from 26 to 28 September 2018 in Ohrid, Macedonia.

The training gave the opportunity to 16 representatives of Macedonian CSOs to get acquainted with the various elements of Quality assurance systems in everyday work tasks. The participants were fully immersed in the training and pointed out the most common dilemmas they face in their work, which refers to transparency, accountability and overall organizational development.

Trainers were Tina Divjak, deputy director of the Slovenian National Network of Civil Society Organizations (CNVOS), and Ilina Nesikj, Director of the Balkan Civil Society Development Network (BCSDN). With their help, the participants learned more about the quality systems becoming aware of the Global Standards for Accountability of Civil Society Organizations.

The training was realized within the framework of the program “Sustainable Civil Society – State Financing of CSOs” implemented by the Macedonian Center for International Cooperation -MCIC in partnership with the Balkan Civil Society Development Network (BCSDN) and the Centre for Information Service, Co-operation and Development of NGOs (CNVOS) from Slovenia , and is financially supported by the European Union.
