Human rights education trainings for youth workers and young people
Timespan: 6 months (January - July 2018)
Providing trainings in Human rights education and how to fight online and offline hate speech for youth workers and young people living in the Grand Est Region.
Empower youth workers to implement educational activities on HR and how to fight hate speech. Share and disseminate tools, methodologies and resources of the Council of Europe on HR Education to youth workers. Raise awareness among young people from Grand Est region about HR, intolerance and hate speech.
2-days training for youth workers in Strasbourg
Implementation of the training for 20 youth workers, educators and volunteers using the methodologies of non-formal education and the resources of the CoE.
The expecting results are to empower youth workers and raise awareness for them to be trainers. The result is also to disseminate the Council of Europe’s methodologies and resources on Human rights education.
1-day training for youth people on the Grand Est region area
Implementation of a training for 20 young people from Reims, Metz, Nancy, Strasbourg led by ALDA, AMSED and local NGOs, schools, youth centres.
The expecting results are to raise awareness among young people about the no hate speech and Human rights.
