Brain - Associazione Traumi Cranici Onlus has set itself the objective of following the care pathway of people with severe acquired brain injury and their families, a pathway that can be divided into three main time phases: acute phase, post-acute or rehabilitation phase, and outcome phase.
The care pathway aims at the integration of medical rehabilitation and social rehabilitation, which are necessary components to guarantee a better participation allowed by the disease.
