ENTO is a European network which brings together training for local and regional authorities, virtually bringing together the member states of the Council of Europe.
The Council of Europe’s first project, Ento has been an independent association since 1995, bringing together a wide variety of people, including organizations with years of training experience and relatively recent institutions with their own specialties.
