Description
The Association of the units of local self -government of the Republic of Macedonia - ZELS, is a nonprofit organization and the only national association in which voluntary members are all 80 municipalities and the City of Skopje as a separate unit of local government. ZELS coordinates activities to improve the operation of the units of local self- government.
