Iryna Breza joined ALDA in July 2026 as Communication Officer for Ukraine. She brings more than 25 years of professional experience in journalism, public relations, media management, and civil society.
Throughout her career, she has worked for regional media outlets in Zakarpattia, as well as national Ukrainian newspapers and news agencies. Prior to joining ALDA, she served as Field Coordinator for Zakarpattia at the international non-profit organisation HEKS/EPER.
Iryna graduated from the Faculty of Romance and Germanic Philology at Uzhhorod National University and completed professional training programmes in Germany and the United States.
At ALDA, she is responsible for ensuring clear, accurate, and effective communication with partners, beneficiaries, and the wider public. She supports the visibility of ALDA’s projects in Ukraine by producing high-quality communication materials, promoting project achievements, and helping communicate the organisation’s impact to diverse audiences.
