The Valid story continues with great success. The second international event will be held on the 15^. and 16^. of June 2021 on the Zoom platform, organised by the Volunteer center Novo Mesto.

Dedicated to tools and mechanisms the second international event has one main aim: sharing. Thus, the project partners will create a safe spot for sharing as far as the role of intercultural dialogue concerns, especially in facilitating social inclusion, as well as implementation and monitoring of local development policies.

More specifically, it also deals  with methods, tools and good practices to promote social inclusion, civic engagement and intercultural dialogue at local level.

В марте 2021 года стартовал новый проект в Украине, а точнее в Донецкой и Луганской областях.

«Платформа по надлежащему управлению и охране окружающей среды», так называется проект, возглавляемый ALDA, предусматривает проведение серии тренингов для представителей местных властей, организаций гражданского общества пилотных сообществ в Донецкой и Луганской областях для развития профессиональных навыков компетенции и реализация краткосрочных программ профессионального развития для должностных лиц местных органов власти и государственных служащих в соответствии с требованиями действующего законодательства для облегчения адаптации официальной деятельности к европейским стандартам.

Более того, в рамках проекта будет организовано двенадцать круглых столов (6 в Донецке и 6 в Луганске) по реализации реформ и их влиянию на устойчивость развития сообществ через обмен передовым опытом в области местного управления.

В целом, проект в Украине, который завершится до конца текущего года, направлен на развитие человеческих ресурсов представителей органов местного самоуправления, организаций гражданского общества пилотных сообществ Донецкой и Луганской областей, а также на получение активного компетентного сообщества в рамках своего развития, включая право влиять на принятие решений.

В рамках проекта «Развитие сети местной демократии» делегаты из местных демократических агенсв Днепропетровска, Мариуполя, Грузии, Армении и Молдовы присоединятся к семинару, организованному в Кишиневе с 8 по 10 июня 2021 года. Акцент на особенностях работы каждого LDA. Основная идея семинара заключается в обсуждении и окончательной доработке стратегии сети в соответствии с пересмотренными Стратегическими рамками сотрудничества с ОГО Черноморского (ЧМ) Форума НПО.

Более подробно стратегия будет разработана с учетом следующих принципов:

•   Надлежащее местное управление;
•   Активное гражданство;
•   Молодежь;
•   окружающей средой,
•   Координация деятельности и

Расширение сети и связь.

Тем не менее, первоначальный проект стратегии уже был подготовлен в мае во время трехдневного онлайн-семинара при поддержке внешнего фасилитатора. Последний отвечал как за разработку, так и за составление стратегии, обеспечивая при этом реализацию всего процесса.

С общей точки зрения, направленной на создание сети агентств местной демократии из стран Восточного партнерства, работающих в Черноморском регионе, идея этого проекта состоит в том, чтобы превратить местные агентства миграции в «мосты» между гражданами и местными органами власти, тем самым улучшив участие граждан в их сообществах.

Что касается целей данной инициативы, то можно выделить:

•   Повышение устойчивости Сети агентств местной демократии, работающей в Черноморском регионе;
•   Повышение навыков сбора средств, институционального потенциала LDA Черного моря с особым акцентом на устойчивость, а также
•   Разработка на основе широкого участия региональной среднесрочной стратегии развития сети агентств местного самоуправления в регионе.

Таким образом, проект предназначен для формализации сети агентств местной демократии в четырех странах - Армения, Грузия, Молдова и Украина - при расширении сети в других странах БС и распространении концепции местной демократии на более обширную территорию.

И, наконец, проект направлен на обучение и поддержку местных администраций здравоохранения в укреплении их собственных организационных навыков и потенциала, таких как внутреннее управление, устойчивость и сбор средств. В то же время он также предназначен для создания более прочной и устойчивой сети, способной действовать в течение длительного периода времени.

ALDA provides valuable and professional courses, benefitting from competences and knowledge gained throughout its 20 year experience. After a long period of time, ALDA is back in presence, launching a new course, in Italian, on “Project Cycle Management”.

This course will provide participants with tools and skills useful to better understand how to design a project from start to finish! Thus, during this intensive course, attendees will broaden their knowledge in the following topics:

• Logical Framework Approach;
• Drafting proposals;
• Analysis of  EU application forms; 
• Budget and

Besides, ALDA well experienced trainers – Marco Boaria, Programme & Development Dept.  Director  & ALDA+ CEO; together with Anna Ditta, Senior Trainer and will guide participants throughout the whole training.

On the 9th of June 2021 from 09h30 to 12h30 CEST, ALDA will host the 4th online International Capacity Building Workshop “Migrants’ Labour Inclusion: Networks and Cluster Activation and Consolidation” of the LIME project. Save the date and register здесь!

Only one month left until the end of the LIME project, but we still have a lot to share and to learn! This 4th International Capacity Building workshop will be a great opportunity to discuss migrants’ labour inclusion with participants from all over Europe, to discover the existing networks of multi- stakeholders in the field of labour inclusion and to share knowledge and experiences.

After three successful workshops dealing with the inclusion of migrants into the labour market in France, Spain and Italy respectively, the project is now organising an international workshop aiming to tackle this topic at the European level.

Thereby, this event will be a great opportunity to discuss how the MEIC model and toolkit can be applied by participants in their own local contexts, taking as examples the two successful pilot projects in Rome and in Madrid.

Valuable experts, known at international level, will share their expertise about two main topics:

• Vocational Training & Migrants labour insertion into the labour market
• Self-entrepreneurship & setting up a business
