In collaboration with the Municipality of Etterbeek, ALDA organised “Participation & collaborative values as a way to innovation and local development: fostering communication between the local authorities and citizens in Europe“, a public meeting taking place on Thursday, February 20th 2020, from 9am to 2pm, at La Tricoterie – Rue Théodore Verhaegen 158, 1060 Brussels.
In the occasion, three European projects will be presented:
1) FromMEtoEU, aiming to provide opportunities for European citizens and migrants’ communities to work together, in order to promote a new idea of a multicultural Europe.
2) ВОССТАНОВИТЬ: rethinking collaborative values for public services, aiming to create a network of towns that are eager to work together on exchanging common problems, joint brainstorming and introducing concrete measures in regard to project-specific objectives.
3) Проект APProach: becoming an active citizen in your hosting community, aiming to facilitate the reception and involvement of ‘expats’ thanks to dedicated web pages (registration as a resident, enrolment of children in school, access to voting, leisure, etc.).
All interested citizens and professionals are invited to attend this information meeting, which will be followed by a networking lunch. To participate at the event, registration is required by filling the online application form.
