After its first online course on European funding opportunities, ALDA is opening a new training course on a highly popular, practical topic: financial management & audits for EU-funded projects.

With 5 weekly sessions of 2 hours each and a very clear focus, this new online training opportunity wishes to be the sought-after answer for all organisations, local authorities and stakeholders that have access to European funds and need support with adequate preparation, implementation and monitoring at the financial level.

The course develops in particular the topics of the European Commission’s financial regulations; the elaboration of the project budget; financing your idea; managing spending and implementation; resource reallocation and monitoring; and the financial report and audit.

Thanks to the GoToWebinar platform, a videoconferencing tool complete with screen and document sharing, e-chat messages and multiple video options, participants will be able to meaningfully interact among themselves as well as with expert trainers Barbara Elia and Marco Boaria, who will also be available for individual counselling and coaching during the entire duration of the course.

No previous knowledge or specific skills are required, though the course will be most useful to current or potential beneficiaries of EU-funded projects.
