From 21st to 25th March 2016, the “Training for Teams of Youth Correspondents” in the framework of the project “Balkan Regional Platform for Youth Participation and Dialogue”, will take place in Ohrid, Macedonia.

The seminar will bring together 24 Youth Correspondents and Youth Workers from Local Democracy Agencies participating in the project all over the Balkan region: Peja (Kosovo), Zavidovici, Prijedor and Mostar (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Subotica and Knjazevac (Serbia), Skopje and Kavadarci (Macedonia) and Vlora (Albania).

During this 5-day training, the participants will be given tools to reinforce their ability to communicate and promote youth participation within the network. Framed by communication trainers and professionals in the field of youth policies and activism, the Youth Correspondents and Youth workers will build the communication strategy of the network, learn the running of Info Points and improve their communication skills in terms of written, audio, video contents and social media.

This training is part of the project “Balkan Regional Platform for Youth Participation and Dialogue”, which aim is to tackle the questions of youth policies, dialogue and participation in the Balkans, both on local and regional level.
