Alice joined ALDA in November 2025 as Project Manager Assistant. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages and Civilizations and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations, both from the University of Bologna. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Rights and Multi-Level Governance at the University of Padua, where she is further developing expertise in human rights protection and international institutions. This academic path reflects her long-standing commitment to social justice, equality, and inclusive governance.
Her Erasmus+ experience in Oslo helped her enhance her adaptability and broaden her cultural outlook. She is also linguistically versatile, as she is an Italian native speaker and speaks English and Spanish fluently, with additional knowledge of French and Japanese. Moreover, she has actively engaged in community service, working closely with disadvantaged groups and people with disabilities, strengthening her empathy and ability to work effectively in diverse social environments.
Driven, empathetic, and internationally oriented, she aims to contribute to the promotion and protection of human rights through a combination of academic preparation, practical experience, and cultural competence that enables her to engage meaningfully in multicultural and multidisciplinary settings. She is currently serving as a Project Manager Assistant within ALDA’s Environment and Climate Hub, contributing to the development of European projects focused on sustainability, active citizenship, and good local governance.
