Bio
Working for ALDA Skopje from 2015, Iva started as a project assistant and developed steadily to the position of project manager that she holds today. Originally a French professor, she decided to further her education in Belgrade, Serbia, with a Master programme in Languages, Business and International Trade. Being part of the Scouts organization in her local community, contributed to increase her love to work with youngsters which was easily transported in the implementation of youth projects in ALDA. Alongside the Macedonian as her mother tongue, she is fluent in French, English and Serbian, and has a moderate understanding of Italian.
