Enni joined ALDA in September 2025 as a Project Manager Assistant Intern within the Gender, Inclusion & Human Rights Hub. She is currently completing her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”.
Her volunteering experiences reflect a strong commitment to inclusion, equality, and building spaces where underrepresented voices can be heard. With CISV, she took part in intercultural education and peace-building programmes; with Save the Children, she supported children with diverse needs and contributed to educational and awareness activities. She also participated in Ali per volare, a local initiative offering Italian language support to migrants; and volunteered at IRCER, a retirement home.
Before joining ALDA, she worked as a Communication and Advocacy Assistant Intern at the World Fair Trade Organization Europe, contributing to internal and external communication strategies, advocacy efforts, and campaign planning.
She is an Italian and Albanian native speaker, and she is fluent in English.
