NGO Divergent Woman is Ukraine’s largest women-led civil society network, founded in 2018. The organization empowers women through leadership development, entrepreneurship, and workforce participation, contributing to economic growth and social inclusion. Operating on a sustainable, social enterprise model, it remains resilient despite wartime challenges, dedicating most resources to long-term, systemic programs. Divergent Woman also promotes education in non-traditional fields, prevention of gender-based violence, community resilience, and youth engagement, with a focus on gender equality and inclusive participation.
