Multikultura is a leading civil rights organisation established in 2000, dedicated to promoting youth activism and fostering cultural and inter-ethnic tolerance and cooperation. With over 100 active members and around 30 volunteers, Multikultura prioritises inter-ethnic relations through educational programmes that promote peace, understanding, and social inclusion.
The association provides free legal aid, supports the rights and dignity of people with disabilities, and works to improve accessibility in schools. It actively encourages youth participation in decision-making at local and national levels, fosters intercultural dialogue, and advocates for peaceful conflict resolution. Multikultura also focuses on reducing youth unemployment and enhancing social integration.
Their mission is to build a harmonious, multiethnic society where human rights are respected, inter-ethnic and inter-religious conflicts are reduced, and young people are empowered to shape an inclusive and competitive future.
