At the invitation of ALDA’s main Tunisian partner, Lam Echaml , Mr Oriano Otocan and Mr Alessandro Perelli have visited Jendouba for a one-day seminar on “Regional Development, Local Democracy and the New Constitution” that took place on 1st and 2nd December 2012 in Aïn Draham and Jendouba in Western Tunisia.
Together with Ms Aleksandra Jerkov, member of the Serbian Parliament and Mrs Biljana Zasova, Programme Coordinator in ALDA, they presented a diverse picture of the systems of decentralisation and local economic development in Europe.
The cases of Italy, Serbia, Croatia and Macedonia have been presented, along with an overview of the different decentralisaton systems in Europe. The experts had also the opportunity to learn more about the current practices in matters of local economic and regional development in Tunisia by representatives of local initiatives
Thanks to the project of Citizens’ Workshops on Writing of the Constitution (ATECC), Lam Echaml has aimed at contributing to the writing of different chapters of the new Tunisian Constitution, with the aim to discuss with ordinary citizens and activists about the dynamic in establishing a new order in Tunisia. The ATECC project puts into practice participative democracy in Tunisia as they offer to organisations, associations and citizens the opportunity to make largely known their ideas, reflexions and requests about the future Tunisian Constitution.
LEADERSHIP DI ALDA IN TUNISIA AD UN WORKSHOP SULLA SCRITTURA DELLA COSTITUZIONE (Jendouba , Tunisia, 1-2 dicembre 2012)
Su invito di Lam Echaml, il principale partner tunisino di ALDA, Oriano Otočan e Alessandro Perelli, presidente e vicepresidente di ALDA hanno visitato Jendouba per un seminario sul tema “Sviluppo regionale, Democrazia locale e nuova Costituzione”, svoltosi l’1 e 2 dicembre a Jendouba, Tunisia occidentale.
Insieme con la Aleksandra Jerkov, membro del Parlamento serbo e Biljana Zašová, coordinatore del programma di ALDA, hanno presentato un quadro eterogeneo dei sistemi di decentramento e di sviluppo economico locale in Europa.
I casi di Italia, Serbia, Croazia e Macedonia sono stati presentati, insieme ad una panoramica dei diversi sistemi di decentralizzazione in Europa. Gli esperti hanno anche avuto l’opportunità di saperne di più sulle attuali pratiche in materia di sviluppo economico locale e regionale in Tunisia dai rappresentanti di iniziative locali.
Grazie al progetto di workshop dei cittadini sulla scrittura della Costituzione (ATECC), Lam Echaml ha mirato a contribuire alla stesura di diversi capitoli della nuova Costituzione tunisina, con l’obiettivo di discutere con i normali cittadini e gli attivisti circa la dinamica per stabilire un nuovo ordine in Tunisia. Il progetto ATECC mette in pratica la democrazia partecipativa in Tunisia in quanto offre alle organizzazioni, associazioni e ai cittadini la possibilità di rendere note in gran parte le loro idee, riflessioni e richieste circa la futura Costituzione tunisina.

En occasion de l’invitation de part du principal partenaire Tunisien, Lam Echaml, M Oriano Otočan et M Alessandro Perelli ont visité Jendouba pour un séminaire d’un jour, concernant le « Développement Régional, Deémocratie Locale et Nouvelle Constitution » qui a eu lieu le 1er et le 2 Décembre à Aïn Draham et à Jendouba, en Tunisie Occidentale.
Ensemble avec Mme Aleksandra Jerkov, membre du Parlement serbe et Mme Biljana Zasova, Coordinatrice des Programmes près d’ALDA, ils ont présenté une image différente des systèmes de décentralisasion et de développement économique local en Europe.
Les cases de l’Italie, la Serbie, la Croatie et la Macédonie ont été présentés, en tant qu’exemple de différents systèmes de décentralisation en Europe. Les experts avaient également la possibilité d’apprendre nouvelles connaissances relativement aux pratiques courantes dans les domaines du développement économique local et régional en Tunisie, grâce aux représentants des initiatives locales.

Le projet ATECC met en pratique la démocratie participative en Tunisie ; ensuite ils offrent has aimed at contributing to the writing of different chapters of the new Tunisian aux organisations, associations et aux citoyens l’opportunité de faire connaitre le plus possible leurs idées, reflexions et réquêtes concernant la future Constitution tunisienne.
