“Learning Cities” Association is a community capable of perceiving, understanding, preventing and actively directing change, recognizing the centrality of the theme of the Other. It is the place of intercultural dialogue. There is an increasing need for dialogue and cooperation, especially on a transnational scale, between local communities, in terms of policies, services, innovation and well-being, respecting traditions and history, and enhancing the specific characteristics. The Learning Cities Association works on these issues, in terms of sustainability, learning and citizen participation.
