Mar Violeta Association was founded in Gijón in May 2013, with the main objective of assisting people at risk of social exclusion to have access opportunities into society. This task is performed bearing in mind a social and labour point of view, and all actions are directed towards all ethnicities, religions, and races. In addition, we have an intercultural and intergenerational perspective, and all together enables us to develop a more active citizenship.
