Timok Youth Center is a nonpolitical, nonprofit, nongovernmental civic society organization aimed at increasing the development of civil society in serbia, with a precise focus on youth population.
Founded in October 2004, the association is committed to diminish youth risks and youth risk behaviour through encouragement of creativity, growth of activism and participation at local and national levels.
