With the outbreak of the war of aggression against Ukraine, Inna took on the role of Head of the Coordination Headquarters to Odesa Rayon Council on the receipt and distribution of the humanitarian aid (Odesa, Ukraine). This experience highlights her commitment to serving her community during challenging times.
Since 2019, Inna has been an active Member of the Odesa Rayon Council, where she continues to contribute to local governance, civic initiatives and international cooperation. Her journey in the sphere of public service began in 2011 when she started working as an Assistant on international issues to a Member of Parliament, a role she continued in the VI, VII, VIII, and IX convocations until 2022. During this period, she gained valuable insights into the intricacies of international relations and parliamentary affairs, shaping her expertise in the field.
Her perspective was enriched through international experiences, including an internship at the German Federal Foreign Office in the framework of High Level Experts Programme (HLEP) in Berlin and Brussels in 2019. This program allowed her to immerse herself in public institutions in Germany and the EU, where she gained practical insights aimed at implementing European expertise in Ukraine.
Inna holds a Master’s degree in International Law with honors and has earned a Ph.D. in law, reflecting her dedication to academic excellence and continuous learning.
