CIDEFE — Center for Information, Documentation, Studies and Training of Elected Officials, was created in 1980 on the initiative of elected communist and republican representatives of France and has an association status. It is based on values based on justice and social progress, democracy, international solidarity and peace. Its ambition is to train, inform and support local elected officials for and in the exercise of their elective mandate, but also all the actors of local authorities: staff, associations, unions, researchers, foundations.
