Khrystyna is the Country Representative in Ukraine and Coordinator of the Ukraine Task Force at ALDA, where she leads the strategy and operations for Ukraine, including the development and management of ALDA’s 2024-2028 Strategy for Ukraine. She oversees a diverse team, manages a network of 30 Ukrainian member organizations, and liaises with ALDA’s global community. Khrystyna is deeply involved in policy analysis, program development, and advocacy, securing international funding and partnerships to support Ukraine’s recovery. She has been awarded a Rethink.CEE fellowship by the German Marshall Fund of the United States and is also a Salzburg Global Seminar Fellow. Her career began at the Council of Europe Office in Ukraine, and she holds two Master’s degrees in Political Science and Sustainable Development from prestigious institutions, including the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, KU Leuven, University of Padova, and Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.

Khrystyna is fluent in Ukrainian, English, French, Italian, and Russian and has a working knowledge of Spanish.
