The project was designed to promote good practices in the cooperation between local authorities and civil society organisations, as well as fostering their active involvement, in the process of EU integration of Montenegro.
What were the areas of action of the project? The project focused on the following topics: improving the capacity for efficient and transparent functioning of the local self-government; involvement of civil society in decision-making; building local partnerships in the development and implementation of the development priorities of the municipality.
