The Municipality of Kavadarci, North Macedonia, informed ALDA Skopje about its intention to open an Info Point for young people and its will to learn more about the instrument of democratic participation. The project was conceived to transform the opening soon Info Point into a real and vivid youth aggregation centre of active participation, effectively integrated into the local reality.
“PALE.DE.” was designed as a project of technical assistance and international partnership funded by the Friuli Venezia Giulia Autonomous Region. Its long-lasting goal? The improvement of the institutional capabilities to have access to European Union Instrument Pre-accession Assistance (IPA) funds.

- To promote democratic participation and inter-ethnic dialogue;
- To set up a youth aggregation centre;
- To strengthen the international networks of cooperation of Città di Casarsa della Delizia Municipality.
