Silvia joined the ALDA team in February 2026 as Assistant to the Events Manager. She graduated in October 2025 with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociological Sciences from the University of Padua, where she developed a keen interest in studying social inequalities, the quality of democracy, and gender issues, alongside political sociology and group dynamics.

Her approach is shaped by a variety of international and local experiences. During a semester abroad at the University of Limerick in Ireland, Silvia actively supported intercultural events and activities through the ULGlobal programme, an experience that sparked her passion for multicultural environments. Back in Italy, she dedicated her time to volunteering as an after-school tutor for second-generation students and contributing to her local Youth Council, where she organized community wellbeing initiatives to support her local territory.

Coming from a background in competitive swimming for most of her youth, she developed a lifelong passion for physical activity and a healthy lifestyle. Outside of work or studying, she is a cinema enthusiast who finds her balance by staying active and spending time in the countryside, enjoying the close contact with nature.

She is a native Italian speaker, she is fluent in English and also possesses a functional knowledge of German.
