Location: Montenegro (Neighbourhood)
Objective: The global objective of this call for proposals is to empower CSOs to promote and defend human rights and democracy in Montenegro. The specific objectives of this call for proposals are twofold: firstly, to support CSOs and human rights defenders working in the area of prevention and fighting against discrimination and secondly, to support CSOs working in the area of protection of social, economic and cultural rights, especially for vulnerable groups. The call prioritises promoting positive narratives, diversity, and multiculturalism, while reducing ethnic distance and fostering employment opportunities and social inclusion, particularly for vulnerable groups.
