Objective: The global objective of this call for proposals is to strengthen participatory democracy, protection of human rights and the EU approximation process in Bosnia and Herzegovina through an enhanced contribution by civil society and media. The specific objectives of this call for proposals are:
to protect and empower individuals and CSOs to contribute to the full enjoyment by everyone of all human rights, be they civil, political, economic, social or cultural rights, strengthened the role of CSOs and media to build an empowered, well-informed, and coordinated CSO and media sector and reinforce human rights frameworks and supporting democracy in the digital age. It is important to note that proposed actions must cover the entire country.
