The Foundation designs and implements projects aimed at the labour market inclusion of people facing difficult circumstances, with a particular focus on vulnerable young people, unemployed workers aged over 50, women in disadvantaged situations or victims of violence, refugees, former unaccompanied foreign minors, people in detention, and individuals facing discrimination related to LGBTQ+ issues.
Our way of working is based on building networks and fostering dialogue between the third sector, institutions, companies, and individuals, placing employment at the centre of our activities.
