Plenary Assembly of the National Forum for Sustainable Development

On 23 March 2026, the National Forum Sustainable Development Plenary Assembly will take place in Rome, Italy, in a hybrid format allowing participants to attend either online or in person at the Auditorium of the Ministry for the Environment and Energy Security.

The Forum represents a multi-stakeholder platform bringing together civil society organisations, non-state actors and experts working on sustainable development in the framework of the Italian National Strategy for Sustainable Development (SNSvS) and the implementation of the UN Agenda 2030.

The Assembly serves as a space for dialogue and collaboration between public institutions and civil society, where participants can share perspectives, exchange information and contribute to participatory processes supporting sustainable development policies.

Through this platform, the Ministry facilitates multi-level consultations and participatory initiatives, fostering inclusive governance and encouraging the active involvement of stakeholders in shaping sustainability strategies and actions.

The National Forum Sustainable Development Plenary Assembly provides an important opportunity for dialogue between institutions and civil society, supporting participatory governance and contributing to the implementation of sustainable development policies in line with the UN Agenda 2030.
