Brulocalis is an association representing the 19 municipalities and their Public Centres for Social Welfare in the Brussels-Capital Region. It supports local authorities in fulfilling their democratic, administrative and public service roles through training, legal and technical advice, and knowledge production. The organisation promotes cooperation among municipalities and represents their interests at regional, national and European levels. It also fosters citizen participation and democratic innovation by disseminating best practices, organising study sessions and producing practical resources on inclusive governance and transparency.
